BPS Members Fee: £275
BPS Student Fee: £200
Non-member Fee: £325
Non-member Student Fee: £250
Day Rate (Non-members): £150

Attendance at all 2 days of the conference, featuring plenary addresses, a panel of our keynote speakers, oral presentations, a poster session and opportunities for networking with like-minded colleagues.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Please note abstracts cannot be considered without a completed registration. This needs to be completed before 1st Dec 2026
CONFERENCE DINNER
The conference Dinner will be held in the Ulster Museum on Thursday 7th Jan 2026 at 7pm. Please include any allergy information or diet requests at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The conference organisers reserve the right to withhold some or all of the registration fee to cover administration costs/food costs associated with short-notice cancellations or cancellations due to weather disruption after closure of registration.
